You Decide: Meet the Finalists for Roxxem’s New Mascot

The creativity from the Roxxem community in response to our Mascot Design Contest has been wonderful. We received hundreds of mascot concepts—from playful to clever and adventurous—and narrowing things down was not easy.

After reviewing all submissions, we’re excited to officially present the finalists of the Roxxem Mascot Design Contest.

Now… we need your help.

Below are the finalists, in no particular order. Vote for the one you love most!

Finalist #1: Robo the Rocket

Designer: Claire_Yang
Concept: "I created Robo through the characteristics of growth, fun, and exploration! I believe that a rocket represents growth as students are able to blast off into a world of fun and learning, where people can explore the many options that Roxxem has to offer!"

Finalist #2: Ginger the Fox

Designer: _Anjali_
Concept: "Roxxem is orange and white , and I wanted a mascot that would aesthetically match with that, hence the fox. Foxes are intelligent, cute, quick learners, and considering that Roxxem is a language learning website, I thought you could highlight that!"

Finalist #3: Mix-Tape Chameleon

Designer: Jonaheehee
Concept: "It is a color changing chameleon that changes colors based on song genre or language."

Finalist #4: Remy the Cat

Designer: Clairelovescats
Concept: "Well, I knew I wanted to make a cat because they are my favorite animal and I love to draw. So I got a piece of paper, a pencil, and an idea. Then I looked up some clothing ideas and drew it."

Finalist #5: Roxcy and Roxanne, Raccoon siblings

Designer: alishasharma435
Concept:
"The siblings both exhibit curiosity and excitement... I tried making them represent the “ROXX” part or “Roxxem” by giving them punk rock accessories... Roxanne is a DJ and Roxcy is a roller bladder who loves music, making their occupations playful and pertained to Roxxem’s brand... I hope that if you do add my mascots, their interactions will be amusing, funny and iconic, adding more of an attachment to these characters."

Finalist #6: Roxxem Rockie

Designer: Andrea Skinner
Concept:
""A monkey was the inspiration of choice because their friendly and energetic nature transforms language learning into a fun experience. They are naturally smart and curious creatures, and their social instincts reflect the core goal to communicate effectively, which is important when learning a new language."

Finalist #7: Bubbles the Spirit

Designer: Claire_Yang
Concept:
"I created Bubbles with the idea of compassion and learning in mind! Bubbles would make the perfect companion for a learner as they explore the platform."

Finalist #8: Sir Roxxinight the Dragon

Designer: TrexieTheGoat
Concept: N/A

🏆 What Happens Next?

Community voting will remain open until 1/31/26

The winning mascot will be announced shortly after
