FrancoManie 2026: Meet All 8 Songs Before the Tournament Starts

FrancoManie runs from October 26 through November 13, 2026, right through National French Week. Eight songs go head to head in a bracket, and each day your students vote on one matchup until a single song takes the crown.
Before the first vote, here's a look at all 8 songs in this year's lineup, with a note on what each one is useful for in class. Playing through the list ahead of time also gives students a chance to pick their favorites early and walk into voting day with strong opinions.
1. Sur ma route by Black M

A feel good track from the French rapper and former Sexion d'Assaut member about staying on your own path through the ups and downs. A strong high energy opener, and useful for travel and journey vocabulary built around "la route."
